Acratech's Photo Contest Terms and Conditions

• Each image must either be shot while using Acratech equipment, or be displaying a shot with a Acratech product. If these rules are not followed your pictures will be disqualified.
• Any person is allowed to post no more than 3 photos to the contest.
• All contest will be closed at 9 PM PST on the last day of the contest.
• All users maintain the rights to their own photos.
• All winners will receive a $50 gift card from Acratech.
• As a winner you are granting Acratech the right to use your photos in all future promotional and advertising material.
• All winners will be notified no more than 2 weeks after the contest closes, via email on their winning status.
• All shots submitted maybe displayed in the Photo contest section of the site, and you give your permission to allow this.
• By submitting a photo you will not be guaranteed a winning photo, and do not participate if you do not consent to these rules.
• All photos show be at least 800px but no than 2000px on its longest end.
• If you are chosen as a winner you maybe asked to supply a larger version of the photo.
